Bring students onto PapaMarks and earn a commission for every one who subscribes. Choose the plan that fits how you want to work.
Base salary + commission
A guaranteed monthly base salary plus $15–25 for every student who subscribes — as long as you hit a minimum monthly target.

Exact base salary and targets are agreed during onboarding. Commission is paid per student who takes a paid subscription through you.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about teaching with us.
- Do I need a teaching qualification?
- No. We care most about subject knowledge and the ability to explain clearly. Experience is a plus but not required.
- Can I teach both in person and online?
- Yes. You can offer one or both. Set your availability and session type (in person or video) when students book.
- How do I get paid?
- We’ll share payment and payout details when you onboard. Arrangements are explained during the setup process.
- How long does approval take?
- We usually review applications within a few business days and will email you with next steps.
- How does sales commission work?
- You earn $15–25 for every student who takes a paid subscription through you. On the base-salary plan you also receive a fixed monthly salary, provided you meet a minimum monthly target. On the commission-only plan there’s no target and no cap.
- Can I choose between the two sales plans?
- Yes. Tell us which plan suits you in your application — base salary + commission, or commission only — and we’ll confirm the details, including base pay and target, during onboarding.
