Paper 1 measures your ability to write clear, accurate, and well-structured Arabic compositions. You must answer exactly 2 questions: one from Section A and one from Section B.

Example: If asked to write about your daily routine, you must include specific details about morning, afternoon, and evening activities.

Organization & Structure (التنظيم): 9 marks

✓ Is your writing organized logically?

✓ Do ideas flow smoothly with connecting words?

✓ Is there a clear beginning, middle, and end?

What connects ideas: أولاً (first), ثانياً (second), بالإضافة إلى (in addition), ومع ذلك (however), في الختام (in conclusion)

Language Use (استخدام اللغة): 27 marks

✓ Is your grammar accurate?

✓ Is your vocabulary appropriate and varied?

✓ Is your spelling correct?

✓ Are punctuation and capitalization proper?

Weight: This is 60% of marks. Strong language = strong grade.
